The "Can You Go Back" project is about people and life transitions. The particular focus of the research is the numerous "ordinary" people who return to employment after other chapters of their lives, with varying degrees of success and fulfillment.

Does a metamorphosis occur when one leaves employment, that may make it difficult to return?

What lessons can be learned from those who have had successful "re-entry" into the world of work?
